A blend of African, South American and Central American beans. We lightly roast half of them, to preserve their essential flavors, body and acidity, and darkly roast the other half, to add sweetness and roast notes. The result is a perfectly balanced cup of coffee. We've used this as our house drip blend and espresso since opening our doors in 1994. It's always been our top seller.

Every type is smooth, whether espresso or brewed. I love Kaldi's. I've never had a bad cup of their coffee. The owners are very generous and support our troops. That makes me want to patronize their business even more.
I don't know much about coffee but I saw this on Amazon and thought I'd take a chance and give it a try. It is really strong but with no bitterness. WoW. I don't think I could ever go back to Starbucks. I have a friend who knows a few things about coffee and she was really impressed. I totally recommend this product.
